No unjustified disadvantage. Applicant’s position in dispute with respondent genuine and no fair and reasonable employer could have concluded applicant guilty of serious misconduct. Dismissal unjustified. REMEDIES: No contributory conduct. Respondent to pay applicant $12,220 reimbursement of lost wages. $8,000 compensation appropriate.;ARREARS OF WAGES: Applicant not guaranteed 40 hours’ work per week.
