Abstract AUTHORITY FOUND –;DISPUTE: Authority could only consider conduct of job-sizing procedure. Underlying problem inability to agree on job description. Appropriate to consider whether job sizing committee had accurate information. Authority could not determine pay grade. Authority referred matter referred back to job-sizing committee. Job-sizing committee ordered to consider applicants’ responses to areas of disagreement. Appropriate to move to the nearest highest salary if pay grade wrong. Payment for regrading backdated to 1 August 2009.
