Role of national head coach had additional responsibilities to that of applicant's position. Positions not the same or substantially similar. Automatic redeployment into national head coach position not appropriate. Applicant provided opportunity to apply for role but unsuccessful. No indication applicant not treated fairly. Process followed fair and reasonable. Dismissal justified.
