Applicant given no chance to comment on complaints. Applicant’s resignation reasonably foreseeable. Losses from dismissal also constituted unjustified disadvantage to applicant. Applicant constructively dismissed. Dismissal unjustified. REMEDIES: No contributory conduct. Respondent to pay applicant $9,881 reimbursement of lost wages. $10,000 compensation appropriate.
