Summary PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE - Supplementary determination of Authority - In previous determination Authority ordered applicant’s name not be published for 30 days unless order varied by Authority or Employment Court (“EC”) - Order made to preserve applicant’s privacy over 28 day period in which either party could file challenge to determination in EC - Applicant advised respondent had filed challenge - Applicant’s counsel on leave and counsel supervising file in their absence sought three week extension of non-publication order on urgent basis so counsel had sufficient time after returning from leave to make any necessary application to EC for further extension - Respondent did not oppose application for limited extension on that basis - Non-publication order extended for further 21 days until specified date - As matter now before EC any further applications for orders regarding publication of any part of evidence, pleadings, and names of any party or witness to be made to EC
